Kirby Rose is currently an Assistant Professor at Bob Jones University since August 2024 and has been serving as a Speech Language Pathologist at the Advanced Institute for Development and Learning since July 2021. Previous experience includes clinical work at WAKE FOREST BAPTIST HEALTHCARE CENTER - Brenner Children's Hospital, where Kirby evaluated and treated children with speech and language disorders, along with roles as a Graduate Student providing assessments and developing treatment plans for preschool-aged children and adults in various clinical settings. Kirby has also led therapeutic theater sessions for young adults with Down syndrome and conducted screenings for geriatric patients. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Appalachian State University and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the same institution. Additional experience includes leadership roles in summer camp programs, managing team dynamics and planning activities for campers.
