Amir Selman has extensive experience in leadership and operations management within the technical support and service sectors. Currently serving as Manager of Manufacturing Excellence and Manager of Support Services at Advanced Instruments, LLC since October 2018, Amir leads a skilled Technical Support team to deliver exceptional customer service. Prior experience includes managing after sales service and strategy at Olympus IMS, where Amir supervised Field Engineers and Technicians, and held roles that focused on continuous process improvement using lean methodologies. Before that, Amir worked at Haemonetics for over a decade in various roles, including Continuous Improvement LEAN Specialist and Supervisor of Depot Repair, successfully managing cross-functional projects and ensuring quality service delivery. Amir holds an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Bunker Hill Community College.
