Bob Miller has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Bob started their career in 1996 as a Distribution Center Associate at WearGuard before moving on to work at Smiths Medical. At Smiths Medical, they held various roles including Production Team Leader, Buyer, Purchasing & Manufacturing Supervisor, Operations Manager, and Operations Director / Site Coordinator. In 2008, Bob joined Tegra Medical as Vice President of Operations, where they achieved significant improvements in operational performance, resulting in double-digit growth and margin improvements. Bob later transitioned to the role of Vice President of Genesis Tech Center, where they developed financial and program management controls for the new product development unit. In 2017, Bob joined Advanced Instruments, Inc. as Vice President of Operations.
Bob Miller attended ITT Technical Institute from 1997 to 1999, where they earned an Associate Degree in Electronics Engineering. Bob then pursued further education at UMass Boston from 2000 to 2005, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management and Information Systems.
