Jennifer Pineda serves as the Director of Innovative Learning Systems at Advanced Learning Partnerships, Inc. since May 2022, where responsibilities include leading the development and implementation of business operations and project management systems. Concurrently, Jennifer holds the position of Adjunct Professor at National Louis University, teaching online undergraduate courses. Previously, Jennifer was the Director of the Business Solutions Group and Learning & Development Lead for the City of Fishers, focusing on solving complex business problems and improving processes across departments. Earlier roles include Online Adjunct Instructor, Program Chair, and Online Faculty Manager at Harrison College, as well as Director of Education at Sylvan Learning Centers, and Regional Education Director at MTCI, Inc./TXARNG. Jennifer holds a B.S. in Education from Butler University and a Master's degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness, along with graduate studies in Educational Leadership and Administration from Ball State University.
