Javed then progressed to the role of Assistant Engineer at GRASIM INDUSTRIES LIMITED, part of the Aditya Birla Group, serving from July 2021 to July 2023. Currently, Javed holds the position of Deputy Engineer at Advanced Materials-Aditya Birla Chemicals, starting in July 2023.
