Venkatesan Raman

Venkatesan Raman is a seasoned professional in the wind energy sector with extensive experience in sales and marketing roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the National Sales Manager for the Wind Segment at Advanced Materials-Aditya Birla Chemicals, Venkatesan focuses on creating sustainable profit streams and pipeline development in the IMEA region. Previous positions include Senior Manager of Sales & Marketing at Siemens Gamesa, where responsibilities included managing customer relationships and negotiating contracts, and Assistant General Manager (Marketing) at Inox Wind Ltd., handling bid submissions and ensuring order intake targets were met. Venkatesan's career also encompasses significant roles in sales management and customer relationship management at ReGen Powertech, WinWinD Power Energy Private Limited, and Suzlon Group, among others. Venkatesan holds an MBA in Marketing from K J Somaiya Institute of Management Studies & Research and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from Madurai Kamaraj University.
