Michelle Aure

Michelle Aure is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as Senior Executive Human Resources at both ADVANCED MATERIALS TECHNOLOGIES, LLC and Elite Sales Consulting, LLC. In these roles since early 2023, Michelle is responsible for strategic management of HR policies, overseeing hiring and onboarding, addressing salary issues, handling employee terminations, and reviewing internal HR practices. Prior to this, Michelle held the position of Director of Human Resources at ASSA ABLOY Group from September 1996 to January 2023.
