Nicole Uricchio has extensive work experience in customer service. Nicole began their career in 1995 as a Customer Service Associate at JTECH Communications. In this role, they answered incoming calls from customers and provided operation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation support. Nicole also promoted and maintained positive customer relations and prepared and maintained daily logs and records. In 2005, they were promoted to Senior Customer Support Specialist at JTECH Communications (subsidiary of Oracle & Micros). In this role, they provided customer service needs or any assistance to the Major Accounts Division. Nicole also assisted with incoming and outbound calls and handled escalation inquiries, as well as providing reporting to the main contacts for these accounts. In 2017, they moved to Republic National Distributing Company as a Customer Service Representative. Most recently, in 2022, they began working as a Sales Support Coordinator at Advanced Media Technologies, Inc.
Nicole Uricchio holds a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Central Connecticut State University.
