Tom Hampton

Tom Hampton is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Advanced Medical Solutions since November 2021, Tom previously held positions such as Senior Human Resources Manager and UK HR Manager. Tom's career includes significant tenure at Baxi Heating from January 2003 to November 2021 as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, where responsibilities included delivering HR solutions for a manufacturing site with over 500 personnel. Earlier roles include Human Resources Manager at RTS Life Science, specializing in automated products for scientific applications, and HR Advisor/Quality Department Manager at Evans Medical Plc. Tom's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Strategic Human Resources from Liverpool John Moores University and a degree from St Mary’s University, Twickenham.
