Shadakshari DC, also known as Shadki, has an extensive work experience spanning a range of roles and responsibilities. Starting in 2001 as an Engineer at ITI Limited, Shadki contributed to the design and development of encryption systems for data and voice communication. Shadakshari DC successfully developed and tested three encryption systems.
In 2003, Shadki joined Philips Software Center as a Software Engineer before moving on to Robert BOSCH India Ltd. In this role, they developed software modules for Diesel Passenger Car Engine Electronic Control Units (ECU). Shadakshari DC also played a key role in commercializing innovative features for Fiat Passenger Cars, such as Cruise Control and Engine Control.
From 2006 to 2009, Shadki worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Philips Electronics (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. Shadakshari DC closely interacted with customers and translated their needs into software requirements for home theater systems. Shadki also automated the integration and release process, significantly reducing the time taken for baseline releases.
In 2009, Shadki joined Hillrom as a Senior Software Engineer and eventually became the Director of R&D. Shadakshari DC built and led a team of more than 40 members, including R&D Managers, Engineers in various technical disciplines (Electrical, Mechanical, and Software), and Data Scientists. In their role as the Director of R&D, Shadki oversaw the Electrical, Software, and Innovation teams.
Most recently, in 2019, Shadki joined Advanced MedTech as the Director of Research & Development, where they are currently contributing their expertise and leadership skills.
Shadakshari DC (Shadki) holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in E&C from Bangalore University. Shadki also completed an MBA from ICFAI University. For high school, Shadki attended Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV). In addition to these degrees, Shadki has obtained several certifications, including Understanding Patents: A Deeper Dive from LinkedIn, Certified ScrumMaster® from Scrum Alliance, Machine Learning from Coursera, and Project Management Professional (PMP)® from the Project Management Institute.
