BL L. is currently a Director of System Design Engineering at AMD, where they have built and manage a team of over 110 professionals, delivering more than 30 projects focused on system validation and compliance certification since 2010. Prior to this role, BL served as a Firmware Team Manager at Phoniex Tech from 1998 to 2002 and held positions as a Staff HW Design Engineer at CSR and Sr. HW Design Engineer at NXP, contributing to system-level high-speed designs and processor validation. BL is also pursuing a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
