Boris Prokopenko is a Graphics Hardware Architect with extensive experience in GPU hardware architecture. They served as CTO at Avionica RTS Ltd in 2009 and have been a Senior Member of Technical Staff at AMD since 2009. Previously, Prokopenko worked at S3 Graphics from 2001 to 2003 as a Senior MTS in HW Architecture, and also held roles as a Consultant in HW Architecture and HW Architect at S3 from 1999 to 2001. Prokopenko earned a Master of Science degree in Automatic Control Systems for Air and Space Based Apparatus from Baltic State Technical University "VOENMEH" between 1986 and 1992.
