David Lerma is currently a Senior Member of Technical Staff at AMD, leading the Data Center GPU RAS validation team, where they validate reliability, availability, and serviceability features for server GPUs. Previously, at IBM, they held an international assignment where they trained and led technical teams, enhancing skills and achieving project deliverables. Lerma began their career as a Staff Engineer at International Business Machines, developing expertise in processor, memory, and I/O systems. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas-Pan American.
