Gaurav Singh

Gaurav Singh serves as Corporate Vice President at AMD since February 2022 and has held the same title at Xilinx since January 2015, with prior experience as Vice President of Architecture focusing on FPGA and SoC architecture. Before Xilinx, Gaurav Singh worked at Applied Micro from October 2010 to January 2015 as Vice President of Engineering and Product Development, overseeing platform architectures and the development of ARM and PowerPC processors. Previous roles include Design Engineering Director at Cypress Semiconductor, where Gaurav Singh contributed to architecture definitions for USB products and ARM-based SoCs, and Director of RTL Design at RMI Corporation, responsible for microarchitecture and RTL development. Gaurav Singh's academic background includes a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in VLSI from the University of Southern California.
