Hsiao Chen

Hsiao Chen is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in integrated circuit design and hardware development. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Design Engineer at AMD, Hsiao previously held the position of Senior Staff IC Design Engineer at Xilinx Inc. and was a Member of Technical Staff focused on hardware and microprocessor circuit design at Sun Microsystems Inc. Hsiao's educational background includes a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan, obtained between 1998 and 2000, and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, completed in 1994 to 1998.
