Ken Chiang

Ken Chiang is currently the Director of Test Operations at AMD, where they manage OSAT test operations and spearhead new product introduction and continuous improvement initiatives. With over 20 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, Ken's expertise spans supply chain management, manufacturing quality, and engineering analytics, particularly in automotive and IoT products. Previously, they served as Director of Foundry Operations at NXP Semiconductors and as Regional Manager of External Manufacturing at Freescale Semiconductor, where they successfully implemented supplier quality improvement programs and managed critical recovery plans during crises. Ken earned a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California and holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University.
