Matthew Ouellette

Matthew Ouellette is a seasoned professional in hardware engineering and semiconductor product planning, currently serving as the Director of Product Planning for the AI Group at AMD since February 2022. Prior to this role, Matthew held several positions, including Director of Silicon Product Planning at AMD following an acquisition of Xilinx, where experience included managing silicon product strategies from March 2016 to February 2022. Earlier in the career, Matthew contributed to hardware development at Janus Technologies, Inc. as Director of Hardware Engineering, and played a key role at Mercedes-Benz Research & Development North America as a Principal FPGA Systems Engineer. Matthew's foundational expertise stems from various technical roles at Xilinx and DRS Technologies, along with an educational background in Electrical Engineering with a BSEE from the University of Maryland and further studies at the University of Colorado Boulder.
