Scott Cottier

Scott Cottier is a seasoned leader in silicon design engineering, currently serving as Senior Manager at AMD since April 2022. Prior to this role, Scott Cottier amassed over 21 years of experience at IBM, where responsibilities included managing hardware and system support for IBM Enterprise Servers, enhancing client interactions, and driving product performance in Cognitive Systems. Additional roles at IBM involved overseeing firmware development and electronic design automation, with a focus on advanced technology nodes and chip design optimization. Scott Cottier holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
