Swaminathan Venkataraman

Swaminathan Venkataraman is a Principal Engineer at Pensando Systems since September 2019, and previously held the position of Principal Engineer at Cisco from January 2007 to September 2019, where responsibilities included managing engineering escalation for strategic customers, maintaining customer relationships, and contributing to NX-OS improvements. Venkataraman also served as Technical Lead at Cisco, focusing on resolving technical and political issues, providing root cause analysis, and guiding product capabilities. Initial experience includes a role as a Network Engineer at SBC from August 2005 to January 2007. Venkataraman holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication from the University of Madras.
