Yuan Gu

Yuan Gu is an accomplished marketing and business development professional with extensive experience in the wired and wireless markets across the Asia-Pacific and Japan regions. Currently serving as the Director of Wired and Wireless Marketing at AMD since February 2022, Yuan previously held several leadership roles, including Director of Comms Marketing and Senior Business Manager at Xilinx, where responsibilities included managing marketing and sales for major clients like Huawei and Samsung. Additional experience includes positions such as APAC Sales Director at Modesat Communications, Senior Director of Business Development at SkyCross, and Country Manager for China at both Optichron Inc and IP Infusion. Yuan's career began at Nokia as Director of Software Engineering. Educational credentials include an Executive MBA from China Europe International Business School, an MS in Telecommunication from George Mason University, and a BS in Computer Communication from Xidian University.
