Xingcai Su

Xingcai Su currently serves as Vice President at Semiconductor since October 2022. Prior to this role, Xingcai Su held multiple vice president positions at AMEC, including Deputy General Manager of CCP Product and General Manager of CCP Product, starting in April 2017, after serving as Head of Process Technology from November 2011 to April 2017. Before joining AMEC, Xingcai Su was a director at Lam Research from 1998 to 2011. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Chemistry/Surface Science from the University of California, Berkeley, obtained between 1994 and 1998, and previous education at the University of Science and Technology of China.
