Joan Vidal-Jove

Joan Vidal-Jove has built a remarkable reputation researching the use of focused ultrasound to treat 200+ clinical cases of pancreatic, liver, soft tissue and more recently lung cancer. His early research demonstrated that focused ultrasound with chemotherapy can improve the survival of patients with unresectable tumors. He is currently the Head of Focused Ultrasound Ablation Oncology at Barcelona University Hospital
