Courtney Mott

Courtney Mott, PMP, is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing product development across various organizations. Currently serving as a Project Manager at ANPC since August 2022, Courtney previously held roles such as Project Portfolio Manager at Collins Aerospace, where strategic planning and integrated product roadmaps were pivotal. Prior experience includes technical project management at UTC Aerospace Systems, where Courtney oversaw product development from initiation to production, and engineering roles at HP focused on product qualifications and analog circuit design. Academic credentials include a Master of Engineering in Engineering Management from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington.
