Ben Hillard

Ben Hillard is a skilled IT professional with a strong background in technical support and service desk operations. Currently serving as a Service Desk Specialist Tier 1 at Advanced Network Solutions since March 2020, Ben has previously held positions as a Service Desk Technician at Omega Computer Services and a Helpdesk Technician at Dimplex Thermal Solutions. Earlier experience includes working as a Technical Support Specialist for the Kalamazoo Regional Educational Service Agency. Ben holds an Associate’s Degree in System, Networking, and LAN/WAN Management from Lake Michigan College, completed in 2018, and graduated from Allegan Alternative High School in 2014.
