Joanie Dale

Joanie Dale has extensive experience in the photographic industry, currently serving as Plant Manager at Advanced Photographic Solutions since November 2012, where previous roles included Production Manager and Production Supervisor. Prior to this, Joanie worked at Olan Mills for over three decades, holding positions such as Manager of Digital Process, overseeing more than 40 employees across six departments, and providing training for new hires as an Art Instructor while also functioning as an Artist responsible for retouching portraits to meet quality and quantity goals. Joanie's educational background includes attendance at Central High School and Cleveland State Community College.
