Jeremy Pasatta

Jeremy Pasatta has an extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Jeremy started their career at Lexmark International as an Applied Research Engineer, where they tested and formulated new chemicals for inkjet ink. Jeremy then moved on to CVC Thermoset Specialties, Inc., where they served as a Technology Manager, responsible for application and new product development of Reactive Liquid Polymers. During this time, they successfully developed a new polybutadiene polyol, resulting in significant annual volume.

Jeremy then joined Advanced Polymer Coatings Inc., initially as an R&D Chemist and later as a Laboratory Manager and Director of Technology. In these roles, they filed provisional patents, presented at conferences, and strengthened relationships between sales and technical teams. Jeremy also tracked market trends, developed relationships with suppliers, and collaborated with the internal sales force to develop new products.

Jeremy then worked at Valtris Specialty Chemicals as a Technical Services Manager, responsible for stabilizer development and recommendations for PVC applications, with a focus on flooring. Jeremy coordinated between different teams to deliver technical solutions within strict timelines.

Most recently, Jeremy held the position of Technical Services Manager at Huntsman Corporation, where they promoted epoxy resins, curatives, and tougheners to the automotive and transportation markets. Jeremy provided technical product recommendations and served as the external and internal technical point of contact.

Jeremy Pasatta received a Bachelor's degree in Polymer Chemistry from Rochester Institute of Technology, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. Jeremy then pursued further education at The University of Akron, specializing in Polymer Science from 2007 to 2012.
