Lauren Peterson

Lauren Peterson, DMSc, MS, MPAS, PA-C, serves as the Director of the Health and Wellness Clinic at St. Catherine University since January 2022. In addition, Lauren provides weekend on-call support and primary care at the Ramsey County Correctional Facility through Advanced Practice Solutions, LLC, and has extensive experience as a Physician Assistant at Open Cities Health Center and CVS MinuteClinic. Previous roles include Assistant Medical Director and Physician Assistant at Open Cities Health Center, and various positions focused on nutrition at Renown Health, University of Nevada Reno, and Regions Hospital. Lauren holds a Doctor of Medical Science from the University of Lynchburg, an MPAS from St. Catherine University, and a Master of Science in Nutrition from the University of Nevada, Reno, complemented by certifications in Healthcare Administration and Management.
