Crystal LaFortune

Crystal LaFortune began their work experience in 2007 as a Bartender at Wonderly's Tavern, where they worked until 2011. In 2011, they transitioned to a Customer Care Representative role at Frontier Communications, and stayed with the company until 2014. From 2013 to 2017, they worked at Great Lakes Higher Education Corporation and Affiliates, where they held various roles including Dialier Specialist, Dialer Specialist, and Skip Tracer. In 2016, Crystal joined Marcus Theatres as a Bartender, and their tenure lasted until 2019. In 2018, they joined Advanced Project Solutions (APS) as a Dispatcher, and later became a Project Coordinator in 2019.

Crystal LaFortune has an Associate's degree in Information Technology from Herzing University-Madison, which they earned from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a high school diploma from New Lisbon High School from 2000 to 2004, specializing in the Regular/General High School/Secondary Diploma Program. In 2008 to 2010, Crystal attended Madison Area Technical College and studied police science, specializing in Criminal Justice and Corrections.
