Radosław Pasierb has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. From 2010-2015, they were a Specjalista d/s technicznych i teletechnicznych at Elektro-Instal Sp. Z o.o. From 2015-2019, they were an Inżynier wsparcia technicznego at Ambient System Sp. z o.o. From 2019-2022, they were a Business Owner at DRONAGON. Currently, they are a Project Manager at Advanced Protection Systems Inc.

Radosław Pasierb attended AGH University of Science and Technology from 2007 to 2011, where they studied Metalurgia, Wentylacja i Klimatyzacja.
