Steven Cohen, MD, FACR has extensive work experience in the field of radiology. From 1997 to 2005, they served as the Chair of the Department of Radiology at The Stamford Hospital. In 2005, they joined Advanced Radiology Consultants, where they held multiple roles, including Director of Ultrasound Services and Attending Radiologist at Bridgeport Hospital and St. Vincent's Medical Center. Steven also served as the Section Chief of Ultrasound at Bridgeport Hospital, St. Vincent's Medical Center, and Advanced Radiology Consultants. In 2017, they assumed the position of Chief Clinical Development Officer at Advanced Radiology Consultants. Additionally, from 2010 to 2012, they served as the Chair of the College Nominating Committee at the American College of Radiology.

Steven Cohen, MD, FACR completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Biology from Binghamton University, where they studied from 1975 to 1979. Prior to that, they attended The Bronx High School of Science from 1972 to 1975, focusing on Mathematics. Later, they pursued their medical studies at New York Medical College, earning an MD degree in Medicine from 1979 to 1983. In 1987, they obtained certification from the American Board of Radiology.
