Ruben Ortiz

Ruben Ortiz has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. In 2005, they worked as a Programmer Analyst at Florida Hospital until 2008. From 2008 to 2010, Ruben worked as an IT Business Consultant at Fidelity Information Services, specializing in Cognos consulting. In 2010, they joined Baxa Corporation as an Application Engineer for a brief period. Later that year, Ruben joined OUC as a Senior Business Applications Specialist, where they focused on Salesforce development, administration, and real-time integrations. In 2017, Ruben became a Salesforce Evangelist at Advanced Recovery Systems, where they worked until 2019. Ruben then transitioned to the role of Manager of Salesforce and Application Development at Advanced Recovery Systems until April 2022. Currently, Ruben serves as the Director of CRM and Application Development at Advanced Recovery Systems, leading and growing their development team.

Ruben Ortiz completed their Master of Software Engineering degree from Southern Adventist University between 2001 and 2005. Ruben also obtained several certifications from Salesforce, including Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified Sharing and Visibility Designer, Salesforce Certified Data Architecture and Management Designer, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 1, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, and Salesforce Certified Force.com Developer. These certifications were obtained between 2015 and 2019.
