𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐧𝐨 𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧... 𝐒𝐨 𝐰𝐞 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐧𝐞. And another.. And another… And another… We 𝐋𝐎𝐕𝐄 overcoming problems that seem impossible by creating solutions that don’t seem like an option. To give you an idea, here are a couple of examples below: 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐦: I am looking at my EOR and somebody is taking half of our billed charges. Where is this money going? 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: We spent four years building a solution. Time and time again, we were told no, it can’t be done, there is no way around it and FINALLY, we created a solution and proved them wrong. The solution we created, allows our customers to bill workers’ comp and auto bills without retroactive discounting. That means higher reimbursement for our customer practices. We have successfully processed over $11,000,000 in charges on behalf of our customers. 𝐒𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐨𝐛𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐬𝐨 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐮𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐚 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲-𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐢𝐭. 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐠𝐨. 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐦: I am treating more patients and making less money. What is happening? 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: A complete data analysis showed that their payer mix shifted dramatically and the clinic was losing money. The owners first instinct was to close the clinic because they were in the wrong area, and there was no solution. We created a strategic marketing campaign based on algorithms that we created to alter the payer mix. This allowed our customer to remain open and even thrive in the community that they serve.
