Radhika Gudipati

Radhika Gudipati is a Technical Specialist in Robotics at the Advanced Research + Invention Agency (ARIA) since August 2024, contributing expertise to the 'Smart Robot Bodies' programme under the leadership of Prof Jenny Read. Radhika also serves as an Independent Advisory Board Member at CRADLE Robotics and AI and was a member of the Bridge AI Advisory Group for Innovate UK from January to August 2024. Previously, Radhika worked as a Senior Research and Innovation Coordinator in Robotics & AI at Ocado Technology from February 2022 to August 2024, focusing on strategic partnerships. Radhika's earlier experience includes a role as Business Solutions Consultant at Shadow Robot Company from September 2017 to February 2022, aimed at fostering and developing business relationships. Radhika holds a PhD in Robotics for rehabilitation from the University of Hertfordshire and has completed a non-degree programme in Roadmapping for Strategy, Innovation, and Technology at the Institute for Manufacturing, University of Cambridge.
