Craig Gravitz has a diverse work experience. Craig is currently the Director of the Project Accelerator Transition Innovation Office at the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at the Defense Logistics Agency, where they held various roles. From July 2016 to March 2022, they were the Program Manager of the Rapid Prototyping Team, responsible for designing and implementing the agency's innovation team. Craig also formed partnerships with government and non-government innovation organizations. Before this, from July 2015 to July 2016, they served as a Program Analyst, managing operations related to networking, software, and cybersecurity. Craig Gravitz's earliest role at the Defense Logistics Agency was as a Contracting Officer from July 2009 to July 2015, where they awarded long-term contracts in the food service sector for military customers.

Craig Gravitz obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Classical, Ancient Mediterranean and Near Eastern Studies and Archaeology from The George Washington University in 2003. Craig then went on to earn a Doctor of Law degree (JD) from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in 2008.
