Eileen Tomchick

Eileen Tomchick is an experienced professional with a strong background in onboarding and employee learning and development. Currently serving as a Senior Onboarding Specialist at Blu Omega since June 2023, Eileen previously held key positions at Salesforce, where responsibilities included facilitating onboarding for up to 300 new hires weekly in the US and Canada and implementing process improvements for global communications. Prior roles at Acumen Solutions included facilitating bi-monthly onboarding sessions and managing logistics during the acquisition by Salesforce.
