Scott Gorman

Scott Gorman has a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Yale University, a Master of Business Administration in Strategy and Innovation from the University of Oxford, and a Juris Doctor in International Law from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law. Scott has had extensive experience in various roles such as Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at Caria, Innovation Officer at the 75th U.S. Army Reserve Innovation Command, and Program Manager at ARPA-H. Scott has also served as a Military Intelligence Officer in the United States Army Reserve and has been involved in multiple initiatives focusing on AI, healthcare, and government modernization.
