Tom Geolat

Tom Geolat is the Vice President of Strategic Accounts at ADVANCED RESOURCES GROUP INC. Tom has over 25 years of experience in sales and account management.

Tom started their career at AT&T in 1987 as a Project Manager / Analyst. Tom then moved to HP in 1994 as a Senior Account Specialist. In 1995 they became the National Sales Director at Experis. Tom was promoted to Director - Strategic Accounts in 2010 and then to Senior Vice President in 2011. Tom left Experis in 2016 to join KellyMitchell Group, Inc as Vice President - Strategic Accounts. Tom held this position until 2019 when they joined ADVANCED RESOURCES GROUP INC.

At ADVANCED RESOURCES GROUP INC, Tom is responsible for national MSP business development, account penetration, and market expansion. Tom focuses on building client staffing solutions across all professional business lines and industries. Tom supports sales and operations for KellyMitchell’s strategic clients nationwide by developing and overseeing partnerships with some of the most influential and innovative organizations across the globe. Tom makes sure KellyMitchell achieves and exceeds financial and performance objectives for strategic clients by uncovering client obstacles and developing innovative custom solutions.

Tom Geolat has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
