Kristen Krope

Kristen Krope has extensive experience in the staffing and recruitment industry. Kristen started their career at Ajilon in 1998, where they worked as a Branch Manager, Business Development, and Staffing Manager for ten years. Kristen then moved on to Automatic Data Processing as a District Manager from 2008 to 2009. After that, they joined Advanced Resources as a Senior Business Development Consultant and Division Director from 2009 to 2015. Following this, Krope worked for The Steely Group as the Director of Business Development from 2015 to 2018. Currently, they are the Director of Sales at Advanced Resources.

Kristen Krope holds a Bachelor's degree in General Studies from Ball State University.
