Bethany Cantrell

Bethany Cantrell is a seasoned talent advisor and senior recruiter with extensive experience in recruitment and client relationship management. Currently employed at Westinghouse Electric Company as a Talent Advisor since July 2024, Bethany also serves as a Senior Recruiter at Advanced RPO since January 2021, focusing on candidate engagement and leveraging social media for recruitment. Previous roles include a recruiter position at Family Resource Center of Northwest Ohio, Inc., and various client relationship management roles at ADP and The RightThing, where Bethany contributed to innovative recruitment solutions. Bethany's career began in education as a substitute teacher and as an advertising graphic designer at Suburban News Publications. Bethany holds a Master's in Education, Visual Art from Mount Vernon Nazarene University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design and Photography from Bowling Green State University.
