Jenna Hinrichsen

Jenna Hinrichsen is the Director of Recruitment Strategy at Advanced RPO. Jenna has over 20 years of experience in human resources and recruitment. Jenna began their career as a Staffing Consultant at Advanced Group in 1999. In 2006, they joined CareerBuilder as a Sr. Recruiter. Jenna was responsible for sales hiring and partnering with sales leaders to meet hiring objectives. Jenna achieved 100%-150% quarterly goal attainment from 7/2006-2/2007. In 2017, they joined Forbes Human Resources Council. Jenna joined Advanced RPO in 2018 as the Director of Recruitment Strategy.

Jenna Hinrichsen has a certification from Yale University in The Science of Well-Being, a certification from Zappos Family of Companies in Leadership Through Organizational Sciences, a certification from LEARN Coach Program in LEARN Coach, a certification from Social Talent in Black Belt in Internet Recruitment, and a certification from National Council for Certified Personal Trainers in Certified Personal Trainer.

They are on a team with John Hess - EVP, Operations, Tim Oyer - VP, Sales, and Paul Wolf - Director of Client Delivery. Jenna Hinrichsen reports to Pam Verhoff, President.
