Shafeeq Rahman

Shafeeq Rahman is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with over a decade of experience in recruitment and human resource management. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at ASSYST since April 2009, Shafeeq leads efforts to source top talent for various governmental service teams and develops strategic sourcing initiatives to maintain a robust talent pipeline. Previously, Shafeeq held multiple roles at Wipro Technologies from December 2007 to February 2009, progressing from Senior Technical Recruiter to Talent Acquisition Lead, and gained expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes across diverse technical domains, including telecom and semiconductor industries. Shafeeq holds a Master's degree in Social Work with a specialization in Human Resource Management from Bharathiar University, earned between 2005 and 2007.
