Cesar Espino Gutierrez has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the software industry. Cesar started their career as a Programmer & Technician at Starsurgical, where they developed a project to automate medical billing functions and created tools in VISUAL BASIC for data manipulation.

Cesar then joined the U.S. Army as a Food Service Specialist, where they updated the design of a website and created tools using PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for food service personnel in military bases.

After their military service, Cesar worked as a Technician at NCS Data Systems, performing various services including troubleshooting, hardware installation, and networking support. Cesar also worked as a Lead Developer at Rsek Development, where they showcased their web development skills and created projects using CSS, JavaScript, and HTML.

Cesar later joined LearnPad as a Software Developer, working on system integration and adapting current systems to multiple devices. Cesar was then promoted to the role of US Technical Support Manager, responsible for managing technical support personnel and establishing procedures and QA/QC processes.

Currently, Cesar is employed at Advanced Solutions International, Inc. as a Software Architect. Cesar previously worked there as a Software Engineer in Test and a Software Developer. In these roles, they collaborated with product owners and scrum masters, analyzed, developed, tested, documented, and maintained high-quality software solutions, and ensured timely completion of milestones and user stories.
