Kristina Drosos

Kristina Drosos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client experience management and business development. Currently serving as the Director of Client Experience at Advanced Solutions International, Inc. since April 2014, Kristina has held various roles, including Senior Manager of Cloud Client Excellence and Manager of Implementation Services, where responsibilities included overseeing the Small Business Implementation Team and developing implementation plans and procedures. Prior to this, Kristina worked at Unxvision eSolutions Inc. in several positions, culminating as Vice President of Business Development, focusing on service delivery and client engagement. Kristina began the career at Weston Bakeries as a Sales Analyst and Key Account Manager, facilitating communication and strategic planning within the organization. Armed with a Bachelor of Commerce in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management and a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Administration and Information Management from Ryerson University, Kristina brings a solid educational foundation to their professional endeavors.
