Charlie Crouse

Charlie Crouse currently serves as the Business Development and Sales Lead at Advanced Space, focusing on sustainable space exploration and development since May 2024. Previously, Crouse was a Board member at Denver Sister Cities International Inc from January 2022 to April 2025 and worked as a Capture Manager at True Anomaly, where Crouse led initiatives generating over $1 billion in potential business for various U.S. government agencies between November 2023 and April 2024. Prior experience includes key roles at Lockheed Martin, such as Staff Business Development Analyst, where Crouse managed a significant business development team and directed extensive capture efforts, and various leadership positions within the United States Air Force, culminating as Assistant Director of Operations. Crouse holds a BA in Foreign Area Studies from the United States Air Force Academy and has completed two master's degrees, one in Intelligence Studies and another in Business Administration.
