Rory Watts

Rory was born and raised in South Africa. After leaving school and completing his National Service he spent 10 years in the South African Fire Service. He moved to the UK in May 2000 and without hesitation took a career opportunity in International Freight Forwarding. Rory has now spent over 15 years in the International Freight Forwarding and his expertise spans all aspects of sea, air and road freight.

Rory joined the business in May 2011, after being headhunted for the role and soon progressed to Global Operations Director, leading the Global Logistics team.

Based in Bradford, Rory’s leadership and knowledge have been welcomed by customers and fellow freight forwarders for delivering a fully customer centric service.

Rory’s team prides itself on having excellent relationships with worldwide agent networks, as well as shipping lines, which allow Advanced Supply Chain Group to offer very competitive rates and an exceptional service.
