Virginia Sheppa Shupe

Virginia Sheppa Shupe is an experienced professional in program and event management, currently serving as a Senior Program Assistant at ATI | Advanced Technology International since August 2021. Shupe played a key role in launching the Defense Industrial Based Consortium in January 2024 and acts as the primary liaison for both current and prospective members. Previous roles include Event Management Coordinator at The Charleston Gaillard Center, Assistant Director of Facilities at California State University-Long Beach, and Assistant Director of Operations at Stetson University, among others. Shupe holds a Master’s degree in Sports Administration with a focus on Facilities from Georgia State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Human Performance from Roanoke College.
