Mahmoud Refaat

Mahmoud Refaat is a seasoned professional in mechanical procurement and engineering, boasting over a decade of experience in the industry. Currently serving as the Head of Mechanical Procurement at Advanced Technology Services since December 2016, Mahmoud previously held roles such as Senior Mechanical Procurement Engineer and Mechanical Estimation Engineer at Drake & Scull International PJSC. Earlier experiences include positions as Senior Mechanical Projects Engineer at Mobiserve Holding and Mechanical Technical Office & Procurement Engineer at Integrated Mechanical Systems. Mahmoud began their career as a Mechanical Engineer at G.I.S. and holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ain Shams University, obtained in 2009.
