Joseph Nardini

Mr. Nardini is a Senior Managing Director and Group Head of the Diversified Industrials and Technology Investment Banking group. He focuses on the following industries: Engineering and Construction, Aerospace and Defense, 3D Printing, Capital Goods, Logistics, Renewable Energy, Telecommunications/Technology and Consumer Products. Since joining FBR in 1993, and founding his practice in 1997, Mr. Nardini has completed numerous public underwritings, institutional private placements and advisory assignments.

Prior to joining FBR in 1993, Mr. Nardini worked for the U.S. Generating Company, an IPP JV between Bechtel and PG&E. There he worked on approximately $2B of project financings for coal-fired cogeneration power projects, as well as other alternative energy ventures. Mr. Nardini's experience also includes middle-market LBO's for a $500 MM private equity fund, commercial lending for the Riggs National Bank and margin/options lending for Merrill Lynch.

Mr. Nardini received a MBA from The American University and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Duquesne University.
