Vincent Hearn, Sr. has had an extensive work experience in the defense and government contracting industry. Vincent is currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Advanced Technology Systems Company (ATSC), where they utilize their expertise in technology solutions for communication, systems integration, cyber security, force protection, and logistics needs. Prior to their role at ATSC, they were the VP of Defense & International Sales at goTenna and the Global Business Development Director at Edgybees Ltd. Vincent also served as the Global Director of Sales, Government at Airobotics and the Director of Business Development/Foreign Military Sales at Wamore, Inc. Vincent Hearn, Sr. began their career in the United States Air Force, where they served as the Command Weapons Program Manager for almost two decades. With their diverse experience and skills, they have made significant contributions in the defense industry.

Vincent Hearn, Sr. holds a Certificate in Purchasing, Procurement/Acquisitions and Contracts Management, which they obtained from the Air Force Institute of Technology-Graduate School of Engineering & Management. Additionally, they completed training in ITAR Export Controls & EAR/OFAC Export Controls at the Export Compliance Training Institute. Furthermore, Vincent earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
