Marie MacInnis is a seasoned workplace design project manager with a strong focus on space planning and change management, currently leading initiatives at AWA since December 2021. With prior experience as an architectural designer at Jensen Architects, Marie specialized in designing agile workplaces for major technology firms and conducted comprehensive analyses for office space planning. Earlier roles include contributions to Y.A. studio on residential projects and an internship at Breakhouse managing interior renovations. Marie began a career in project coordination at SNC-Lavalin Inc., overseeing large multidiscipline engineering projects. Educational qualifications include a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Environmental Design Studies from Dalhousie University, along with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design.
